Hi and welcome to my skillshare class. I am very excited that you are here. In this class we will be walking step-by-step how to make a one pot meal. This meal is so versatile. By simply changing a few ingredients each time, this meal can be made multiple times during the week and still be totally fresh and new. I am making no assumptions when it comes to your cooking abilities. This class is for an absolute beginner or someone who has been cooking for a long time but would like to refine some techniques. After moving from my house into a 32 foot motorhome, to travel with my family, I had to learn how to cook in a very small space with limited tools and ingredients. This class is the culmination of what I learned going from an expansive kitchen to cooking tiny. I hope you will get something great from this class.
