TacticNews2 – New Pligg Template For Pligg 1.x

The PliggTemplates Club presents the new April template - Tacticnews2.
The template extensively uses the jQuery library.
We did our best to use the code of this library where it was possible.
The following mistakes were corrected:
* the vote button led to an incorrect url;
* when voted twice by the same user the error message was not displayed;
* and other minore mistakes.
