5.1.3 Details:
Users can change their password
New (hopefully better) admin wysiwyg editor
Unregistered users game plays are counted correctly
Half star ratings now work (to fix and recalculate ratings go to 'settings' in the admin and click 'Recalculate game ratings'
Pimp my / Customise category in mochi saves correctly
Fixes for converting non-ascii characters in certain areas
Fixed slashes appearing on a newly added game's name

As to cause as little disruption as possible the password change is a little quirky in that the user must log out and back in after changing their password. This will change in a larger release.

Fourth release and going. Nulled same exact way again. Tell me if something's wrong.
