Lock Posts plugin allows site admin to lock down posts on any blog so that regular users just can’t edit them – for example, with a school assignment – stop it from being edited after submission.

This is a kinda neat plugin that allows site admin users to ‘lock’ or ‘fix’ posts so that they are unable to be edited by the users of that blog – even the administrators!

It’s really pretty simple – underneath each post or page site admins can now see a ‘Post Status’ bar – using this they can then change the status of the post to locked, or back to unlocked if it has previously been locked.
