What does this PHP script do?
You run it on your webspace. you enter your rapidshare-account(s) into the script. now you can share your rapidshare-account with people without giving them your login-data.
Useful for private use or you can even run it as a service and cash in on banner-ads.
you do not breach rapidshare´s TOS since the script downloads the file to your server first and then serves it to the enduser.
