I can't say for sure till I download and expand it, but judging from the fact the download file is 93+MB, I would think it has content as well as the layout.

I am not saying that you are liar. I haven't downloaded it yet, so I don't know (yet). But if you are to make such serious allegations against someone, please post PROOF of what you are claiming. Just "screaming fake!" is not convincing and suggests other motives on your end.

It is a great website to learn html and those thingies. Vouch for it !

I've downloaded it and it contains an exe. But its not a virus or any malicious program. My kaspersky didn't show any thing wrong with it while testing it in safe environment. The whole site is browseable in offline except "Try it yourself".

I wasn't to sure what to expect because there was no description.

As far as where it was hosted (file host) there's a good chance that a virus was detected based on my past experience with that particular site.

My computer would flag it quite frequently in the past (quite a while ago), but this time there weren't any bells and whistles going off.
