Back in the day, when Templates were all just HTML, that was a normal procedure. I used Frontpage (lol) to do that. But getting a load of html files and images instead of a plugin or theme? No .php files no nothing? Really?
Why not make a SCREENSHOT of a demo and put that up for download? Not really a difference?
