Project RAFS is a way for an ordinary person to start up a referral based incentive site, such as freeiPods.com or freePSPs.com. It is extremely user friendly, and extremely easy to setup.
Simply put, a referral based incentive site is a website where a user follows a three step process to receive a free gift. First, they register at the site and complete an offer.
