3. CHMOD to 777 directories libs/smarty/templates_c and libs/smarty/cache
4. Add a cron job pointing to cron/cron.php setting it at the period you want new videos to be grabbed. Use curl for this, cause you may also protect the files.
Example: 0 0 * * * /usr/bin/curl -u username:password http://www.mydomain.com/cron/cron.php (This will make the cronjob run once a day, at midnight)
username:passwords are the .htaccess info. If you don't have the folder protected, then remove the -u username:password part.
