	this seems to have some problems such as bugs or something. This is not too easy to edit some of the stuff in this. For example, when you try to edit the first Box ( MIONET) and add your own text in, then when you refresh the page, it just goes back to the default. Also in the center box where the image is, I have searched every file in this to edit the ( Welcome to Ajax Portal ) and do not see where to edit it. Also for the Title cannot find where to replace Ajax Portal-Myio with my own text. Perhaps this download is missing files or its just not even nulled
